DHST&F Summer Camp Registration Form 2016
Experience a week long track and field camp at Dublin High School, home of the 2011 & 2016 Diablo Foothill Athletic League Boys Champions, including the first undisputed league championship team in DHS history.
The camp teaches all aspects of how to be your best for the various sprint, jump, hurdle and relay events. Instruction will include training techniques and plyometrics. Sessions are often staged in small groups to encourage personal attention and plenty of feedback for all ability levels. The mix of counselors under the direction of DHS head coach Chris Williams is balanced between experienced high school coaches, college and high school athletes to encourage a variety of fun and interactive learning.
Join in this fun, yet challenging environment around others who want to learn more about the sport they love!
The DHS Track & Field Summer Camp is open to boys and girls entering grades 7-9. The events covered are sprints, jumps, hurdles and relays. Each camper will receive a t-shirt and be provided snacks daily. The camp fee is $140 with a sibling discount of $20 per sibling.
